These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Crisis Ready Solutions website (the “Site”) and any CPR and First Aid training services we provide (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or requesting Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Crisis Ready Solutions LLC is a veteran-owned business providing CPR and First Aid training primarily in Central Florida.

You agree that any information you provide to us (for example, via the contact form, email, or phone) is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to share information about your organization and participants when scheduling training.
Training dates, locations, and pricing will be confirmed directly with you by email, phone, or written agreement. We may set specific cancellation or rescheduling policies (such as required notice periods or fees for late cancellations), which will be communicated at the time of booking; those additional terms become part of these Terms for your training.
Any payment terms (deposit, full payment, due dates, accepted payment methods) will also be communicated at or before booking and are binding once you confirm the training.
Our trainings follow HSI/AHA standards, and participants who successfully complete the course requirements may receive certifications recognized by many employers and organizations. Certification eligibility, duration, and recognition ultimately depend on the policies of your employer, industry regulators, and credentialing bodies; we cannot guarantee that a particular organization will accept a certification in all circumstances.
Information provided during training or on the Site is for educational purposes only and is not medical, legal, or professional advice. You should consult qualified medical or legal professionals regarding specific questions or situations.
CPR and First Aid training may include physical activities (such as chest compressions on mannequins, kneeling, and lifting training equipment). By participating in training, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks and agree to participate within your own physical limits. You are responsible for informing us in advance of any accommodations that may be needed for you or your participants.
The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We make no warranties about specific outcomes (for example, that a trained individual will always respond correctly in a real emergency).

The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, and layout) are owned or licensed by Crisis Ready Solutions LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
